Our Story
Pureingredientschool began as a simple idea: that cooking without added sugar and salt doesn't mean sacrificing flavor or enjoyment. What started as a passion project among friends in Constanța has grown into a thriving community of home cooks, food writers, and educators who believe in the power of whole ingredients.
We recognized a gap in mainstream cooking education. Most recipes rely on salt and sugar as flavor shortcuts, but we knew there was another way.
